went to gym by myself today and i chionged arms and chest bah,chiong until lower back fuckin aching what the hell.still quite satisfied with what i did though,cause i finally started on triceps again.have been working too hard on chest lately and i can barely even do 20 diamond push ups now cause i never bothered training triceps.
met yh at town after that and we did abit of shopping,singapore really sells craps for men's wear man.seriously.
met the dudes at pool for the usual stuff and yh and mag joined us.justin mag and i agreed on something.u know i know la ok?lol
met augusteen on the way home,gawd he looks like a american punk wannabe.
