hrmmm met someone special on monday morning,and ended up gyming terribly late at 4pm.but im very satisfied !finally did resistence training the super hiong way and i could barely do half my bench press weight because i worked my triceps too hard?wth?and did slow and concentrated bicep curls.funniest thing was,my chest was hurtin like crap when i didnt even do any chest exercises.guess biceps curls are good for chest?:O.still have to work on shoulders back and abs though.hopin i can hit the gym 5 times a week in america.gotta tone the body up bah!terrible mistake on not concentrating on shoulders cause they look awfully scrawny.
wentwith quanie and rome to eat taihwa after that.they said 5 bucks was too much but hey,its fuckin quality food lor.
crashed yinghuis business communication course(they give u a topic,u talk about it) god damn i should have joined tourism and resort management man,making speeches and talks is so my kinda thing.all the ideas just come rushing through my mind.funniest thing is that all of the students dont even know the bare basics of giving a 3 min speech.none of them even took 2 stands in their topics.wtfz?ask yinghui,im the bomb:D.
went to visit my poly friends today!
wanted to give them some presents but the girls left already so i guess i'll toss it to them tomorrow when everyones there.was planning to gym with chris they all but we ended up battlefielding at the alumni.as usual i was the highest fragger,killin uzi like 6-7 times in a row whenever he spawned which was hilarious.cant wait for tomorrow!
