hrmmm met someone special on monday morning,and ended up gyming terribly late at 4pm.but im very satisfied !finally did resistence training the super hiong way and i could barely do half my bench press weight because i worked my triceps too hard?wth?and did slow and concentrated bicep curls.funniest thing was,my chest was hurtin like crap when i didnt even do any chest exercises.guess biceps curls are good for chest?:O.still have to work on shoulders back and abs though.hopin i can hit the gym 5 times a week in america.gotta tone the body up bah!terrible mistake on not concentrating on shoulders cause they look awfully scrawny.

im back from japan wooot!
1st day:
woke up at 4.30 in the morning to pick up some business client's and headed to the airport.man this indonesian chinese girl was pretty as hell and shes 37,kinda roughly guessed her age by asking which year did she finish high school.IM TOO SHREWD BAH.too bad shes married and has 2 kids already.the plane flight was fuckin lame man,kept going to the restroom and emo over how many pimples i had on my face,so i ended up not lookin at the mirror whenever i enter.there was this indian dude who was sitting behind me who actually got drunk on the flight.justin's right man,all indians are fuckin cheap,he kept asking for beer and sake and eventually ended up lying down like a bangla.
when we arrived we took another 4 hr trip to nagaoka from narita airport (tokyo),and reached at like 9pm just nice for dinner.btw,have u ever watched japan hour on channel news asia,where u see the lucky bastard of the day eating all the good food and smiling to him/herself.they weren't faking it man,the food actually made me smile to myself when i tasted it,the difference in standard and freshness is limitless bah.
2nd day:
went to some business meeting with japanese bastards.only good thing about that place is that u get treated like a god.whenever u enter the main entrance lobby about 15 people bow to u as though ur emperor hirohito himself man.and there was this chick,who was like....a living replica of chae yong?(spelling)...perfect brown curly hair and SHE HAD HUGE BOOBIES LA.plus its friggin awesome when u see 50-60 yr olds bowing to you.makes me proud like a god =).
my dad...is teh scariest dad u want to be with when his in party mode.we went to a ktv lounge and he was like....hugging girls and dancing with them and stuff.like jesus christ,IN FRONT OF ME.not dry humping kinda dancing,just the normal stuff old men do but STILL ,its my dad for christ sake .ITS SO WRONG.oh well,maybe its because the ktv owner is some girl my dad is friends with.
coolest thing is that , this place was near the red light district so pimps were like calling out to me with words like kimochi and good good!good girl!
the last 2 days were mainly shopping,went to ginza and bought a seiko watch and 2 lacoste shirts .expensive would be hardly the word to describe the place bah.a normal jackat,costs 500 dollars.a fuckin jackat man.what the hell.its like,u can buy 2 pairs of pearl earrings for that price man wth.
things i learnt from this trip:
1)japanese porn is the sickest shit ever.they have different genres of sadochism.bondage and whipping,ear fucking,armpit licking,back licking,and lots of food and syrup poured all over the girl.its like,the dude was eatin THE CONTENTS OF A FRUIT BOWL ON THE GIRLS TITTIES MAN.

yesterday:
went to watch batman again lol,with justin ozy hl and yinghui.damn it,that made it 3 times already.but i have to admit it was pretty fun la hahaha.divertin to another topic,justin is pretty much the worse person u want to be with when his in a "i want to fuck around with my friends"mood.especially when he was talking about mother's breast milk and peeking up women's skirts in the bus and westmall respectfully.THE BUS WAS DAMN CROWDED MAN,FUCKIN PAISEH.
today:
whoa today was pretty fucked up,not for me but for the rest of the dudes,i just shared the anger and distaste for np losers for the fun of it.went to see teh guys participate in the futsal tournament and they owned,literally owned their asses upside down inside out and avadevine anally.2-1,4-0,7-0.that was the score man,and justin even did some weird scissors kick which was damn chio.BUT GUESS WHAT,SOME PEEPS DONT LIKE IT TAKING IT TOO HARD IN THE POOPER.they actually went to lodge a complaint that weiquan wasnt a NP student and that we shud be dq-ed cause it was against the rules.seriously weiquan played half a game,it was the 2-1 match and the other matches were just the np team whooping major ass on the opposition.it was ironic that went justin went around explaining the situation to the other teams,the only team that let them not be DQ-ED was the one where we won by a slim margin.gayest thing was the snitch was justins friend,school team goalkeeper.
seriously man wtf,what a bunch of sore losers,i guess you all shouldnt have scored so many goals and so magnificently lol.cheers to ozy and justin bah.the team they beat 7-0 even called us losers,wth pretty ironic wasnt it.u could actually feel the atmosphere bah,very tense thats fo sho.karma got them though,while they were playin the semifinals the lights went out and they had to cancel the tournament Lol.
me yinghui alfred rome and the subs probably aggrevated the opposition and the people who complained more ,cause we were pretty much the loudest groupies there hahahahha.even sayin we shud ahve 10-0 la infront of the opponents.
yinghui was damn brave haha saying "sucker"in front of terence,fuckin nerd virgin for life.
btw mad props to bae.the most kp soccer player in da worldz.although we groupies were taunting the opposition in a subtle kinda way.:D..
ps:haven work on stomach yet la,have to do it in japan i guess.probably can get six pack by 2-3weeks bah.

mahjonged again lol,and lost 5 bucks laaaa.fuckin justin wanted me to get the unlucky seat,fuckin bastard.and jeroem won money wth?went gym after that and worked on triceps somemmore!but i think my chest needs more work.so im gonna do some heavy stuff on friday.
went with yinghui and justin to eat taihwa meepok.which was awesome as usual,ADMIT IT U TWO.And saw a small kitten gettin bullied by a fat cat,was cute lookin at yinghui tryin to chase it away lol.the bus ride back was kinda creepy,justin stepped on one drunkards foot and justin claims the drunkard was trying to annoy him by tapping his heels and smackin him with his plastic bag.justin ah justin,is really very dangerous even when his not drunk,i wonder what will happen when his under the influence of alchohol.he was actually THINKING ABOUT BEATIN THE 40++ DRUNK GUY.i mean u dont hit old people man to feel good,u hit 20++ yr olds who think they are cool and buffed to feel good.but it was entertaining la ahhahahahaha,in the end the drunkard waved at yinghui when yh and justin alighted.guess he took a liking for huhukins.

march of the ents on piano is such a pain to learn...gawd i wonder how i actually learn how to play songs at times. often gazin at the piano sheets and wondering whether i shud go through all the trouble to learn another song which my muscle memory is obviously having difficulties coping with.yes yes its a simple song but thats me yo,its like saying why is viggo mortenson not as charming in other movies as compared to playin aragorn.ITS BECAUSE HIS FUCKIN ARAGORN.that made no sense,but meh his hawt as hell
i always wondered,i KNOW im gonna get married,can feel it in my bones,the thing is who the hell is gonna be my wife,is she gonna be butt ugly.yes it troubles me at times and the recent conversation with ozy further cements the fact that my wife is gonna be one unlucky woman.i dont think i can stay filial bah.can anyone? they say the secret to having a long lastin relationship is to constantly appreciate ur partner,theres also another alternative and that is to cheat.somehow i think my path in life is the latter.conversations with ozy are both lightheartening but often results in me thinkin alot.and yes,its alot of pointless stuff but heck its fun as hell lol.
i find it kinda frightening that at this point of my life,i fuckin hate children-_-.wait,hate shouldnt be the word,detest would suffice.just find them bloody irritating and annoying and its kinda ironic to say that im probably the most annoying and irritating boy u would know when i was a kid.kinda helps that i was awesome-ly korean-ishly cute though.
why the sudden rant?well to be prefectly honest i have nothing else to blog about LOL.
anyway ozy came by early today while i was raiding,so we heading to beauty world to eat macs,u know normal stuff.we met my condo's bikini babe while chatting at the swimming pool waitin for honglin!omg,she knew we were lookin at her hahahahha cause ozy got really silent all of a sudden .it was probably a deliberate action when she flicked her hair tilted her head and walked briskly pass us while shaking her hips.gawd-_-she was wearing black underwear LOL.
won 3 bucks at mahjong today ,would have won more if not for honglin fuckin 5 tai zimo-ing.justin got denied of big wins,TWICE.BY OZY LAWLS.
im probably gonna buy some more cologne,the aqua de gio i got last year is kinda gettin old on me,should probably opt for diesel or armani by armani.maybe some hugo boss brands,anyone free to offer any suggestions?usually i just got to fastseduction101 to check up on popular brands.but i prefer rather oaky or pine smelling colognes as compared to the "fresh "smelling ones they always advertise,like big muscular dudes bursting out of the ocean to wave a lame cologne bottle at ur face on the tv screen.

mahjong-ed yesterday with the usual peeps.i guess that seat was really cursed man,cause i lost so much,so fast and so painfully.dinnered with the dudes and played pool after that!had alot of fun shit happening,alfone got his underwear ripped by a superwedgie by justin.and hl won jerome in a pool game!
today cousins came by to play mahjong.and went off to orchard to meet hl rome and quan for movie.knnbccb never tell me waht time was the movie i had to call at 6.15 to find out the movie was at 6.45.had to spend 14 bucks on a cab and really wanted to punch a baby during that time.
ate dinner at spageddis(sp?) got cheated again.fuckin lame it seems my choices on good palatable dishes of food is failing me.went taka and bought a cool warhistory book!cant wait to read it.annnnnnnd i finally found my inspiration to piano again!!i got my lord of the rings piano sheets.i cant wait .march of the ents ,indreams and haldir's lament await!

yesterday:
played wow as usual in the morning,and met nat at beauty world after that.long time no see,u still look gay.and u grew more evil,i like it *wink winnk*
impromptu mahjong after that with ozy quanie justin and hcb after that at my house.and me and quanie were FUCKIN OWNING MAN.i seriously had the hands of god,quanie standing by mi side as my disciple.pong pong hu was our best friends bah. did one hai di lao yue zimuo and one 5 tai hua shang gang shang zimo also.ozy thinks the hai di lao yue was false BUT TOO BAD MOTHER FUCKER.so we cut the price they had to pay to 3.20 each la..if not if would be 5 tai...zzzzzzzzzzzzz.
so we won 20++ that day.the sun shines ever bright on those that are destined to own.jerome seems tobe earning money,guess his money drought is finally ending.
went for dinner after that and met up with rebekah and colonel sandy.chatchitted with ozy at my hse swimming pool after that and fell straight to sleep when i got home-_-.

had dinner with dad today at sentosa yacht club.steak was prety damn good i have to admit.anyway heres the itineray for the august 2nd yacht thingy.
please please confirm whether u would be there for dinner cause i have to book things in advance.pulling out all of sudden will cause me alot of money.
i have two choice for food which i have no idea what to choose.
firstly we can simply just eat at the international buffet at the restaurent there which has a ton of good food.
or simply have a barbeque on the yacht,unfortunately for the yacht i need to know the exact number of people eating or alot of food is going to waste.

MAN,WATCHED ROTK ON CHANNEL 5 AND ITS SO FUCKIN NOSTALGIC MAN.aragorn is seriously the most handsome sword and sandals fighter in teh history of film and cinema.da leet king .till this day its like one of the two movies that could make me cry.the other one was the iron giant which was bad ass as well.
had soccer today against team dynamo!we actually bumped into them at jurong east mrt station but we didnt bother sayin shit.i had to tahan from jurong east all the way to boon keng to shit cause ice milo is the worst or shud i say best laxative ever.
it was raining like fuck that day but we still managed to own them damn bad la.i joined in 2nd half and i hit the ball like 4-5 times ok!I GOT TO WEAR THE CAPTAIN'S ARM BAND HAHAHAHAHAHAH.tbh i think we played very violently,the opposition were very polite and stuff,sayin sorry all the time.cant say the same for yongle bah,who knee-ed someone in the balls and just walked away LOL.and joseph who kicked the goallie in the face HAHAHAH damn bad damnn damnn bad.ate at kfc after taht and took bus back home with vu.quoted from quanie"ur passes were good"*smug*

for some reason alfone always finds the wrong moments to shit.like when wer outside,lol.and we ran a marathon to catch 975 bus and my soyabean ended up having so much foam in it.

today was kinda..demoralising for me.in the heart,yes.in the heart.
just lost the motivation to gym today,even my trainer could see it,probably was because we were focusing on back muscles today but that isnt an excuse.i need to wake my self up.1more month and im planning to train for six pack in a week's time and a large bigger chest at the end of my stay.even ate properly today and had my energy drink too.very ashamed of myself.
saw this indian chick in the gym though,huge tits.skinny body,nipple tent showing.pretty amazin stuff but didnt really affect me.and i kept seeing this dude,who kept fuckin staring at me.literally staring,i would glance at him and he would just glare at me,i look directly for 5 seconds and he continues doing it,maybe he wanted to fight iunno lol.
